When a customer required a more secure lifting solution than standard, we supplied four William Hackett C4-QP Manual Chain Hoists, each rated to 15 tonne WLL with a 3-metre height of lift.

To meet the customer’s specific requirements, each hoist was upgraded with 22mm Grade 10 self-locking safety hooks fitted to both the top and bottom connection points. The enhanced hook arrangement provides a significantly more secure and reliable connection compared to standard fittings, offering greater confidence for operators in demanding lifting applications.

Working closely with William Hackett, the equipment was delivered to our workshop on a rapid turnaround. Before release, each hoist underwent a thorough inspection by our engineers to ensure it met both the customer’s specification and our own high quality standards.

The result was a robust, ready-to-use lifting solution tailored to the customer’s needs, combining the proven performance of William Hackett lifting equipment with enhanced connection security for improved safety and reliability on site.
